Unlikely : Odds are it is not cancer, but impossible to know for sure without a proper evaluation. Please have her see a doctor, and ask if it is appropriate for her to be referred to a gastroenterologist for a colonoscopy. Hope this helps!

Bloody stool: Cancer would not be likely in your 16 years old daughter. Possible causes of blood in stool include: fissures, fistulas, hemorrhoids, cancer, ulcers, infections, inflammation, Diverticular disease & Angiodysplasia . Recommend medical evaluation.
