Facial swelling: Facial swelling is not normal. Absence of pain does not mean there is not a problem.
Make an appointment to see a dentist or an oral surgeon.

Evaluation: Please see a dentist for evaluation. Appears you have an abscess. Just because there is no pain and you cannot palpate it does not mean that it is not there.
