Globus etc: Hi MelaniH~ you have REFLUX which is the central issue, because GE reflux while recumbent can cause gastric fluid to enter the esophagus and spill into the lungs. This will give you irritation in the esophagus and cause globus sensation and can cause irritable airways and lower respiratory obstruction witth asthma symptoms. See your doc.
