Box squats are great: Squats can help tighten up the gluteus maximus for sure. There are certainly other ways as well to include leg press, isometric planks, and jogging to name few. 100 squats a day is a strong goal that could bare results within weeks

Pretty soon!: Wow, that's a lot of squats! You are sixteen, so your bum will tone up quite quickly! Be careful of your expectations, there are so many media images out there these days presenting an unrealistic images of the female form!
