Maybe: Abdominal pain and discomfort can be due to inflammation, irritation, ulcers, mass lesions (tumors) or neuromuscular dysfunction anywhere along the GI tract. Check with a gastroenterologist to determine the cause

Possibly: Make sure that you are eating 25-30 gms of fiber daily and drinking 1.5 - 2 l of water per day. Try adding probiotics to your diet daily. If symptoms persist see a gastroenterologist.
