Aerobic exercise : your body needs to be shaped. The best way for the beg fibers is to spend the calories and get into healthy activity. I would recommend fast paced walking to begin with. A fast paced 40 minutes walk everyday will get you a very good health and also will give you some shape. Eat healthy and eat right in right amount. You will be amazed and will be happy to see the results.
