There isn't one: There is no "persuasive personality disorder." i wonder if you could be thinking of "pervasive developmental disorders" instead? These include problems with communication, socialization, and ability to use the imagination. They're called "developmental disorders" because they usually appear around age 3 -- a critical period in development. Autism is one of these; there are several others also.

Cellular structures: X-ray is ionizing radiation. That is, it is capable of delivering sufficient energy to the body tissues to form free radical ions that can damage cellular dna. Some of the damaged areas can be repaired by normal repair mechanisms. Some are not. Some of the damage may cause premature cell death and the cells are replaced. Rarely the damage can induce a tumor years or decades later.

Psych Leftovers: They differ from mental illnesses in that they are personality types and enduring behaviors - no physical causes or treatments exist. But there are just some folk.... These disorders are long-term, cause significant distress and the degree deviates from normal expectations. There are several divided into 3 clusters: odd, dramatic, fearful. I think of them as freud's leftovers in our pharma-cafe.
