how long after medication from psychiatrist & psychologist session does ocd anxiety disorder muscle tension leave? its been months &does cure/supress?

Dr. Raymond Coffin

Time to review: If you've been in treatment for "months" and are still experiencing uncomfortable muscle tension, talk with your doctors about an adjustment in your treatment plan. If you're not already doing so, in addition to reviewing your meds/cognitive therapy, a targeted program of gentle stretching or other exercise may help reduce the tension that comes from "bracing" oneself against unspecified fear.
