ct scan done it show exophytic subserosal dorsal fundal myoma with scant amount of free fluid in the cul-de-sac. though i have a fibroid is the same?

Yes: A fibroid is a myoma or muscle tumor of the uterus. The rest of this describes its location. It is on the top of the uterus (fundal) in back ( dorsal) and sticking out (exophytic) under the covering ( serosa). A scant amount of fluid in the space between the colon and the uterus ( the cul de sac) is normal. Hope this helps.
