Just inform Drs.: Treating a UTI is very important so just inform the Dr(s) all about the other conditions and Tx. They can make any needed adjustments and advise you of what to expect. Communication is the key. Tell, ask and stay w/ it till everyone is clear. Also query about wayd to minimize long-term use of so much medication. As soon as possible, try to cut back especially if you add psychotherapy. Best!
