Think before eating: Good eating habits come from thinking about the foods & drinks before eating them. At the 3 main meals each day, think about what to select and how much to put on the plate. For snacks, think about what would be a healthier snack. One should avoid overeating at social gatherings (such as restaurants), avoid eating to relieve stress or sadness, and avoid eating while watching TV or on the computer.

Follow the following: To be healthy, eat fruits and vegetables liberally, limit saturated fats, increase fish and fish oil intake, have fiber with each meal, keep your weight in check. A female needs 50 grams of fiber daily. No fried foods. Eat a small meal every three hours or so. Each meal should contain complex carbohydrates, fiber, lean protein and a little fat.

Be a model employee: Employers hire people to do good work, improve the morale and personal interactions within the company, and help project a good public image for the company to the rest of the community. An employee who has activities that he worries the boss won't like, should try to be better than his coworkers in work quality, interpersonal relationships, and contributions to the company, to stay very valuable.

Action in brain: Nicotine causes activation of senstive areas of the brain which then releases Dopamine , thus causing a pleasureable effect and reinforcer of a action. This is basis of addiction maintenance of a hedonic ( feel good) state. Other data shows that genes may be passed on that confer increased susceptibilty to its action.

How can I stop blinking so much? I think I picked up this habit?

Blinking?: Blinking can be habit but it can also be from allergy or irritation in the eye. If it truly is habit you have to have a way to think of it all the time . Habits are things we do without thinking about it.
I recommend putting colored dots (small) everywhere you commonly go. Put it on mirrors books, tables, doors etc. When you see the dot it will remind you to stop blinking.

Nutrient dense foods: Eat foods that are nutrient dense (like meat, fish, poultry, eggs, cheese, low starch vegatables and water) avoid foods that are not nutrient dense (like starches and sugars, including fruit)
nutrient dense foods will increase your basal metabolic rate. On the other hand, starches and sugars impair thyroid metabolism via affects on your liver (which helps activate thyroid hormone).
