lifting heavy objects at work now lower back hurts to bend sit or go to standing position stabbing and dull also pain in buttocks and groin help?

Back pain: More often than not it is musculoskeletal. Usually avoiding the heavy lifting while at the same time keep up stretches and exercise helps. If you need some mild NSAID will also help. This should resolve in a short time.
