Have you had an MRI: Clinically when a person has 2 or more migraines/month = chronic migraine disorder. You need to be evaluated to be on medications to prevent migraines from occurring. If left face and arm numbness are a new pattern for your migraines, you need to see your MD right away to have an MRI & MRA of brain done. If you have never had a MRI, it should be completed to dx hemiplegic migraine vs other cause.
