Dr. Milton Alvis, jr

Building muscles: by challenging strength, slowly, progressively does build muscle & ↑ed muscle & use burns fat, especially muscles highly adapted to aerobic exercise, termed red muscle because of high capillary density. Heart muscle burns ~98% fat. High fat (saturated), very low carb foods best for ↓ing body fat stores, called nutritional ketosis, yet still need protein to build muscles. Study Peter Attia on web.
