Right way: if you stick the nasal spray into you nostril as far as it will go gently and then squirt it, it has only one way to go that is the right way. Just tilt your head a little backwards so that it trickles down the throat. Stay in that position for a moment Repeat it for the other nostril. But why do you need Neal sprays.
