Pharingitis: If you have a doubt then get tested. There are many causes of pharyngitis and some can be viral. If you see pus and have fever then consider seeing a doctor for antibiotics.

NOT QUITE-CONSIDER SEEING A DOCTOR FOR EVALUATION THEN IF NEEDED WILL BE PRESCRIBED ANTIBIOTICS. BASICALLY YOU ONLY NEED ANTIBIOTIS IF YOU HAVE STREP
