Can drugs like oxycodone or tramadol right before a pregnancy test, alter the results giving a false result ( + or - )?

No: Pregnancy test looks for a specific hormone, hCG. Oxycodone and tramadol should not make a pregnancy test positive or negative. I would make sure you're using a new test that has not expired.
