Some approaches: Easiest was to help migraine is to break up pattern, and OTC remedies have worked very well in my experience. Using riboflavin, Co-Q10, butterbur, feverfew, or rarely magnesium on regular basis may prevent the HA's. I doubt your doctor would be interested in placing you within hospital environment, as a good headache specialist can truly create an impact as outpatient.

In how many days will my milk supply come in?

1-10 days: Your pre milk or colostrum is probably already in, but your full milk supply can take a few days or more especially for the first time mom. A baby's cry, suckling, and holding your baby are all stimulants to your milk "letdown". Other factors which may help with your milk release is good hydration, good eating habits, drugs and sleep. Supplementation with formula can help in the meantime.

Why is it necessary to get so many ultrasounds in pregnancy/

2 doctor answers7 doctors weighed in
Dr. Craig Keathley
Obstetrics and Gynecology 24 years experience
It isn't: In an uncomplicated pregnancy, repeated ultrasounds aren't necessary. A 1st trimester sonogram is best for confirming the due date and number of fetuses while fetal anatomy is best assessed in the mid to late 2nd trimester. Additional sonograms may be recommended if complications such as hypertension, diabetes, or pre-eclampsia arise, but for the uncomplicated, low risk patient, 2 should suffice.

Several possibilitie: First identifying triggers in the diet or lifestyle are important as that may abort them altogether. I also suggest chinese medicine and acupuncture as I have seen headaches disappear during treatment. There are also medications that can help a great deal when one starts.. So having several options is very helpful!
