Use a breast pump: and feed your child later, if your daughter is already 4 yrs old, it is time to wean her, I understand the powerful bonding, but she has to be weaned at a certain point, I truly sympathize with you that you have to go to work and breastfeed your child less,

Side effects: If your symptoms are not related to pms, oral contraceptives esp higher doses can cause these side effects. Rule out pregnancy first too.
