Would be odd: It would be odd for hot showers to improve POTS symptoms. Usually, it's the other way 'round. If someone had the so-called "hyperadrenergic POTS' it is possible hot showers would be helpful. Regardless, if you feel better and your symptoms improve...shower away! (You do have to get out of the shower at some point, of course....)
