Professional help: Your symptoms are severe and might affect your wellbeing and your functioning during the day. There are multiple approaches to treat panic attacks. I suggest you look for a Mental Health group to get a thorough evaluation and treatment.

MVP ?: 24y female w. nocturnal tachycardia & panic attacks. Before symptoms are ascribed to psychology arena, first have general medical evaluation. Mitral valve prolapse to be considered. An echocardiogram can easily discern. Other symptoms of "depression, burning & insomnia" raise concern for fibromyalgia, which is associated w. Hypermobility Syndrome, which is associated with mitral valve prolapse.
