See a doctor: To say what is causing shortness of breath, left lower quadrant and back pain, stomach distension, nausea, and sleepiness would require a full history, exam, and appropriate testing. This is a very diverse collection of symptoms and could have many causes. See your PCP or an urgent care clinic. If this has been going on for a week and is not getting better, it is time to be seen. Hope this helps.
