Something on the bottom of my foot. a lot of dry skin around it. cleared dry skin and it's flat with a bubble looking thing. advise/explanation? help!

Bubble Up.: Bottom of the foot things as you have described can only be one or more of a few options. Foreign bodies, punctate callus or a wart may fit the bill. Without offering up to much flannel, I'm putting my money on a wart. To not waste valuable time, you need to get an expert opinion.
