Orthopedic Surgery 24 years experience
Info: Would recommend office visit to orthopedic surgeon, spine expert if available. At your age (no offense here), Gonococcal arthritis could be in the differential. A thorough history and physical from an orthopedic surgeon is likely to illuminate the etiology. Lots of information is needed to make a sound diagnosis. Happy to consult with you.
