Flora rebalancing: Probiotics are dietary supplements and foods that contain "beneficial" bacteria. They are promoted to improve digestion by rebalancing the normal microflora in the large intestine. Perhaps this rebalancing occurred and resulted in initial benefit for you, but further flora adaptation has occurred and lessened the favorable effect. More is not better. Just stop, or try another brand/bacteria.
