Does 1 blister, size of pen eraser on finger w/ tiny dots in it, no pain no redness but very itchy sound like eczema, fungus or whitlow? had 4 days.

Blister: kind of hard to tell, did you have any trauma? are you a dentist and do dental exams using your fingers? is there any puss and erythema around the site? if its growing in size, see a practitioner to be evaluated. whatever you do don't pop it - you will likely cause a wound infection worse than you have.
