what causes high prolactin. and how can it be regulated to a balanced level. tried dostinex and clomid (clomiphene) still no conception yet. ?

Thyroid ?: you may need to check the status of your thyroid and testosterone levels as both can affect prolactin levels directly and indirectly. Additionally and especially if you have tried adequate doses of dostinex, (cabergoline) you may consider discussing with your provided if MRI of the pituitary is needed (if not done already).
