Sterile pyuria: Sterile pyuria is defined as white blood cells im the urine in the absence of bacterial infection. It sounds like you have had proper testing performed. There are a myriad of causes including hypertension, medication and intrinsic renal processes. Ask your doctor about the utility of seeing a kidney specialist.
