A 18-year-old female asked:

I've had blood test done yesterday and everything came back normal. however, i still have pain in my leg, it's like a tingling, throbbing, aching feeling. should i be worried? could it be a blood clot?

R/O DVT: DVT=Blood Clot would cause unilateral leg and swelling. . A Doppler US of the lower extremity will define the anatomy. If it is negative, Other conditions to evaluate are Bakers Cyst/ LYMPHEDEMA/RSD(REFLEX SYMPATHETIC DYSTROPHY).

Imaging: Not sure how a blood test will help for that kind of problem. You need a good exam and probably some imaging
