Are eggs good or bad i eat up to 6 a day not fried and with wheat bread and oatmeal just bland i eat healthy. my hr 50 bp 108/72 32yo 6'5" 210 lb?

Eggs are good: Eggs are a superfood, packed with lean protein. Moderation is a good idea, though, since too much protein in the diet can stress the kidneys. I wouldn't recommend 6 eggs every day. Your body mass index (BMI), at 24.9, is normal and your blood pressure normal also. Heart rate of 50 is slow, but may be associated with excellent cardiovascular conditioning.

Eggs: anything in moderation is okay eggs have a lot of cholesterol as well please have your fasting lipid panel done to ensure that you do not have high cholesterol or triglycerides.

You are taking about 1100mg of cholesterol/day which likely is being decreased by Oatmeal Consume no more than 300 mg of cholesterol a day See your Physician, inform about your diet and family history, have Lipid panel and Chemistry done, have Balanced Diet and follow his advice.
