my cortisol levels are 2.2. i also have an underactive thyroid. im wondering should i be worried about my cortisol levels?

Cortisol: Levels can only be interpreted with adequate history and time of the test. If worried about insufficiency the appropriate test is cosyntropin stimulation test

Complicated: single cortisol reading is not very helpful. You may need a complete pituitary eval.
