I see multiple cracks around my anus, and when i go to the bathroom there is a medium amount of bright red blood on the toilet paper none in the stool?

Anal fissures : Can cause this type of spotting. You should get your gyn to examine you to be sure of the diagnosis. In the meantime keep your stool soft. An OTC hemorrhoid cream should help with the discomfort.
