Heredity & nutrition: are the major determinants of height. Men typically reach their full height by the age of 18-20, and rarely increase height after the age of 21. Height is not a major determinant of success in life. Successful people come in all shapes and sizes. Learning to except your physical characteristics as a part of your unique individuality is key to long term happiness.

Height: By 26 years old, it is almost certain that you are done growing. Adding 3-5 more inches really isn't possible. Eat healthy, exercise regularly, and don't smoke. You can build muscle by working out and eating healthy, but growing taller probably isn't likely.
