Endometriosis?: Ask you gynecologist of it could be endometriosis? Sometimes, the only way to diagnose and treat this problem with a surgical procedure, typically performed laparoscopically. Obviously, the severity and limitation of activity will heavily weigh in your decision to proceed with this. Hope this helps!
