is there a way to know if i am going through early onset menopause?

See a doctor. : Early menopause is a serious diagnosis that requires treatment so definitely go get checked out. Symptoms may include missed periods, hot flashes, vaginal dryness, and a negative pregnancy test. Also fsh is >20, anti mullerian hormone undetectable, and there will be no follicles detectable in the ovaries.
