started with mild throat tingle. now mucus in chest, sneezing, runny nose, headache, body fatigue/ aches. coughing to clear throat. sore throat also.

Influenza: This sounds like a viral illness, possibly influenza. If you have just begun this see your doctor and be treated, but must be within the first day of two of symptoms.
