i'm 18 no cycle for 2 years, spotting from time to time over the past 2 weeks, lower back pains (not severe) & sore stomach like i've done sit-ups

See a doctor: it is not normal for a 18 years old healthy lady not to have a period. so please go and see a GYN to make sure everything is OK. they can at least regulate your cycle. good luck
