Cervical cancer risk: Risk factors for cervical cancer are related to HPV infection, which increases as the number of sexual partners increases, and also probably with age at first sexual activity. Smoking may also contribute. The history you give suggests that you or your partner(s) are likely to also have HPV. Best prevention after behavior change is regular Pap screen and HPV testing.
