my brother is 23 year old. he suffer from fever (after every 15-20 days) frequently .he also have headache. please tell me why this happen.

Fever and headache: Has he travelled recently? If no recent international travel then no unusual infection but needs to see doctor to make sure no other symptoms? Recurring sinus ? Ear? Infection. Probably needs CT or MRI of brain
