I am just curious how many minutes you should typically do in each workout for optimal weight loss?

Exercise: You will get a lot of different answers to this. Generally, if you can do some type of cardiovascular exercise (ie stationary bike, elliptical machine, treadmill) that gets your heart rate close to the target rate (for your height, weight, and age) and you sustain that for 20-40 minutes, that will be effective for weight loss. Eating healthy is also a key component as well.
