is it okay to take xanax (alprazolam) once a day at night instead of every few hours? been doing that for 2 weeks

Xanax (alprazolam): Not sure why you would need Xanax (alprazolam) every few hours. Usual dosing for Panic disorder is every 6-8 hours, but if you are doing well on once daily dosing, along with Zoloft, then that would be fine.
