is vegan food good for low iodine diet since it contains no dairy products?

Get help: if you are sick enough that an evidence-based practitioner has urged a low iodine diet, then you need serious dietary guidance rather than "pop" advice. Get with someone with whom you can get sound advice or you can end up extremely sick. It's the truth.
