GI Distress: Wheat and allergy symptoms usually present as some combination of abdominal pain, bloating, and diarrhea. In some cases, there can even be blood in the stools. You'll likely need some testing for confirmation, but you can try eliminating each food type from your diet to see if your symptoms resolve. Good luck!

Just like any other: Food allergy symptoms vary ranging from hives, swelling, nasal congestion and even asthma. When severe, it leads to anaphylaxis (a life-threatening reaction). Usually one has gastrointestinal upset (vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain) and/or hives along with the reaction. Wheat and dairy allergy are no exceptions except that with dairy allergy , 3/4 of the people can tolerate the cooked product
