i am hpv+. how is hpv contracted? my only partner said he only has had oral performed on him and never gave oral or had sex w/ anyone else besides me

Here are some ...: While genital wart is a known STD, being exposed to HPV doesn't mean contracting it. If contracted, may still not develop a wart. These events reflect if HPV gain access to suitable skin cell and if personal immune defense ability can fight off it to replicate inside host cells. Besides many HPV-infected are just its carriers with no Sx to see. So, in some cases, it's hard to definitely trace down
