See a professional: Go and talk to a professional mental health provider, and be open and honest about your concerns and experiences. If you are not, the provider will not really be able to help you. Allow some diagnostic work and then, as a good consumer, do some reading about the recommended treatment plan if there is one recommended. It is an investment in your self, and worth it as you participate.
