on depo for 3 years, had sex but stopped pelvic pain the day after i had sex... feels like pressure and it's tender to touch. pregnant or infection.

Depo provera (medroxyprogesterone): If you've received regular injections for three years and never missed one then the likelihood of your being pregnant is extremely low. If you are having sex without a condom with more than one partner then the risk of infection is much higher. Either way get tested for both!
