i have a really high metabolism rate and i am trying very hard to gain some weight. but nothing seems to work. i am 19 years old, 113 pounds and a height of 5'6". what can i do to help me condition?

BMI IS 18.24: You are just below BMI 18.5 WHICH MAKES YOU SLIGHTLY UNDERWEIGHT You need to get checked up and rule out Hyperthyoidism but if it is nomal and you are eating well than you have to stop worrying about your weight and enjoy your food without worrying about your weight You are not too much under weight
