Assuming: assuming a 28 day cycle your fertile days should be May 2-7 for this cycle and May 30 - Jun 4 for the next cycle. Good luck to you!

Depends on last MP: Most women ovulate anywhere from 11 to 20 days from the first of their last menstrual period or 16 to 20 days back from the next period if you are accurate and regular. So you should ovulate between the 5th and the 14th or so of May if you are regular but this varies a great deal. There is good information online at americanpregnancy.org.

14 days before: your period starts. If you have a 30 day cycle @ day 16.

No: If the bleeding is really your period you cannot ovulate that day. Normally 2 weeks later or so but that can vary.

Yes!: That's correct, 1st day of bleeding. If you 'spot' before full flow, usually count the full flow as 1. Good luck!

No: That does not happen. However, a woman can ovulate 1 day before she has some vaginal spotting or vaginal bleeding. That's because there are other reasons for bleeding from one's vagina, other than one's menstrual period.
