This is radiology-: -speak. Suspicious means it's there but don't know what it is. Usually means you need more sophisticated imaging. A mild curve in the thoracic spine means a "scoliosis".mild, is an incidental finding @ your age not to worry about the spine curve it's been there since your teenage years.
