1 month: 1 month is too early to determine eye color. Eye color may change off and on until they are 1 year old. All the best.

Heterochromia iridis: is seen in about 6 per 1000 individuals and can be both congenital, usually genetic, or acquired. Vision is often normal, but the condition can be associated with other health problems and an exam by both her pediatrician and an eye doctor is recommended.
